Big hype, little substance
Upon my arrival, the room had a clear lack of cleanliness, with sightings of undesirable bugs. Despite the location being convenient, the overwhelming smell of smoke and unhelpful staff left a sour impression. With so many issues, I can't say this was a pleasant stay. Better options exist nearby.

everything was good, had a really great stay for the price. i enjoyed the room with a very comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. location: the hotel was right by shopping centers and eateries and the mall and a grocery store. went to applebee's for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

adequate stay but disappointing cleanliness
The front desk staff were accommodating and eager to resolve my concerns, which I appreciated. The suite offered a spacious layout that was refreshing for a quick getaway. I found the fitness center well-equipped for a good workout after a busy day out. My stay was mostly enjoyable, thanks to the 24-hour fitness center that provided great convenience during my short visit.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major letdown .

Unexpected roach surprise
Came back to my room after dinner and found roaches crawling out from the desk and nightstand. Totally grossed me out! The staff was sympathetic, though. They offered me a suite for the rest of my stay, nice. Breakfast was decent too, but those roaches were a major letdown.
